## AITO Launches All-Electric M8 Display Vehicles Across China
Chinese automaker AITO has begun rolling out display vehicles for its all-electric M8 SUV to 168 cities nationwide. The initial rollout includes over 400 vehicles, marking a significant step towards the vehicle’s official launch on August 25th. The move allows potential buyers to experience the new model firsthand before its release.
## Extensive City Coverage and Configuration Options
The rollout spans a wide range of provinces and municipalities, including major cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. The M8 will be available in three configurations: MAX+ Long Range, MAX+ AWD, and Ultra AWD. The vehicle boasts a distinctive all-electric grille and integrates humanistic and technological design elements. Key features include an electric tailgate, smart electric doors, and a smart projection system, alongside a large front trunk with electric opening.
## Technology Highlights and Range
The all-electric M8 incorporates advanced technology, including HUAWEI ADS 4, featuring a 192-line LiDAR and 5 x 4D radar sensors for enhanced safety and driver assistance. It also utilizes Huawei’s high-voltage 8-in-1 electric drive system and a 100 kWh battery pack from CATL, providing a CLTC range of up to 705 km. The vehicle’s dimensions are 5190 x 2000 x 1795 mm, with a 3105 mm wheelbase, and is offered in both 5/6 seat configurations.
