Official teaser for the upcoming Honor 500 series smartphones and Honor Watch X5 smartwatch
Honor is set to unveil its Honor 500 smartphone series alongside the new Honor Watch X5 smartwatch in China. The event, scheduled for November 24th at 7:30 PM local time, will introduce the Honor 500 and Honor 500 Pro models powered by an impressive 8000mAh battery. This large capacity promises extended usage durations such as 31 hours of continuous TikTok streaming or 12 hours of gaming on King of Glory.
The smartphone series will feature a high-end processor, with the Honor 500 equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC and the Pro variant powered by last year’s Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. The smartphones will be available in four attractive colors: Aquamarine, Starlight Pink, Obsidian Black, and Moonlight Silver.
Additionally, the Honor Watch X5 smartwatch is confirmed to debut alongside the smartphone series. It boasts a 1.97-inch AMOLED display with an ultra-narrow bezel measuring just 1.8mm, offering an impressive 82% screen-to-body ratio and a refresh rate of 60Hz for smooth visuals.
Both models in the Honor 500 series will support 80W fast wired charging as per 3C certification. Stay tuned to The Tech Outlook for more updates on this exciting launch.
