Honor is gearing up for the launch of its new Honor Power 2 smartphone on January 5, featuring an impressive 10,080mAh battery. This news comes ahead of the official announcement, as the device has been listed on China Telecom’s certification database with all its hardware specifications revealed.
The Honor Power 2 boasts a large 6.79-inch display with a resolution of 2640 x 1200 pixels, powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite chipset. The smartphone runs on Android 16-based MagicOS 10 and comes with dual rear cameras consisting of a 50MP primary sensor and a secondary 5MP depth sensor, along with a front-facing 16MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The Honor Power 2 is available in three vibrant colors: Phantom Black, Sunrise Orange, and Snow White. It comes in two memory configurations—12GB RAM paired with either 256GB or 512GB storage options. Despite its large battery capacity, the phone maintains a slim form factor, measuring 162.1 x 76.3 x 7.98mm and weighing around 216 grams.
Although Honor has not yet disclosed pricing details for the Power 2, more information including availability and pricing will be announced at the launch event on January 5.
