Honor is set to launch its Honor Power 2 smartphone next week in China, and the company has been teasing some impressive features. The most notable among them is the full-level dust and water resistance ratings of IP68/IP69/IP69K. This means the phone can handle a variety of water conditions including splashes and even extreme environments like mountainous areas.
The Honor Power 2 will come with a host of impressive features such as the second-generation Hongyan Communication system, a massive 10,800mAh battery, and fast charging capabilities up to 80W. The device also supports wireless charging at 27W, making it convenient for users on-the-go.
The smartphone is expected to sport an iPhone-like design with a matte metal frame crafted through a cold-carving process. Available in Sunrise Orange, Snow White, and Midnight Black options, the Honor Power 2 promises a sleek look alongside its robust build quality. The display measures 6.79 inches with a 1.5K resolution OLED panel.
Other notable specs include a 50MP main camera, ARM Mali-G720 MC8 GPU, Android 16 OS, and up to 12GB of RAM. The front-facing camera features a 16MP sensor for clear selfies and video calls.
