Huawei and ICPC Foundation Successfully Launch International Bootcamp Phase 1

The ICPC Boot Camp, supported by Huawei, officially started on February 1, 2021. This event is an international program initiated by the International University Programming Competition University Commons (ICPCU). It aims to provide an expanded platform to support high-level programming education and innovation for college students passionate about programming and algorithms. This online event attracted over 700 highly skilled ICPC competitors who competed and learned from previous ICPC World Finals champions. In addition, this event attracted more than 3,000 online audiences from around the world, creating a fruitful exchange opportunity for the global programming community.

The International University Programming Competition (ICPC) is the oldest, largest and most prestigious programming competition in the world and is often considered the Olympics of programming competitions. The ICPC Competition has started since the 1970s. More than 60,000 students from 115 countries and regions attend the program each year. More than 400,000 ICPC graduates have become core elites in high-tech companies, academic research institutions, startups and other organizations.
