Huawei has officially unveiled its latest high-end wireless earbuds, the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 5. This new device features NearLink technology that enables seamless audio streaming up to a speed of 4.6 Mbps, promising an impressive battery life of up to 33 hours in total.
The FreeBuds Pro 5 was first introduced to users in China and is priced competitively compared to Apple’s AirPods Pro 3, making it an attractive alternative for consumers seeking a cost-effective option. Huawei has emphasized the importance of sound technology in this launch, positioning the FreeBuds Pro 5 as the flagship product with NearLink technology aiming to redefine wireless audio experiences.
In addition to its impressive specs, the FreeBuds Pro 5 is equipped with enhanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) features thanks to a new Kirin A3 chipset and updated microphone array design. The ANC performance has reportedly improved by three times compared to its predecessor, making it particularly effective in noisy environments.
The battery life of the FreeBuds Pro 5 includes up to five hours of continuous playback on a single charge and an additional 28 hours when paired with the charging case. With IP67 water-resistance certification, the earbuds are also suitable for outdoor activities and sports enthusiasts who need reliable protection from dust and water.
Available in China at approximately $204, the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 5 comes in four stylish colors: white, gray, gold, and blue. While details about its global release and availability in Turkey are yet to be confirmed, the device is expected to attract tech enthusiasts with its feature-packed profile and competitive pricing.
