Huawei Unveils Mate X7 Foldable Phone with 120Hz OLED Screen

Huawei has recently introduced its new foldable smartphone, the Huawei Mate X7. The device boasts a Kirin 9030 Pro processor and features a main screen measuring 8 inches and a secondary display of 6.49 inches, both with OLED technology offering high resolution and a maximum brightness of up to 2500 nits for the primary screen and 3000 nits for the secondary one. The Mate X7 also supports a refresh rate of 120Hz on both screens.

The smartphone comes in various configurations, including models with 12GB or 16GB RAM options, as well as storage capacities ranging from 256GB to 1TB. It houses a powerful camera system: a 50MP main lens, a 40MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and another 50MP periscope telephoto lens on the back, complemented by an 8MP front-facing camera. Additionally, it includes HarmonyOS 6.0 and supports screen under-display fingerprint recognition.

The Mate X7 is equipped with a large 5600mAh battery that supports both wired charging up to 66W and wireless charging up to 50W. In terms of design, the device weighs 236 grams when unfolded at a thickness of 4.5mm and folds down to 9.5mm. The pricing for the Mate X7 starts from 12,999 yuan (approximately 77,740 TL) for the standard version with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

For collectors, a special edition is available with upgraded specs such as 16GB or 20GB RAM options alongside higher storage capacities. This Collector’s Edition model is priced starting at 14,999 yuan (approximately 89,709 TL).
