Huawei Unveils Next-Gen Foldable Phone and More at Dubai Product Launch

Huawei will host a flagship product launch on December 11, 2025, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the theme “Unfold the Moment.” The event will feature the introduction of several groundbreaking products including the HUAWEI Mate X7 foldable smartphone, HUAWEI FreeClip 2 open-ear design headphones, HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN, and HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S.

The motto “Unfold the Moment” represents more than just the physical unfolding of devices; it symbolizes the enriching experiences offered by these innovative products. Huawei has been a pioneer in foldable phone technology since introducing its first such device, the HUAWEI Mate X, in 2019.

According to International Data Corporation (IDC) reports, during the first half of 2025, Huawei holds a 70% market share in China’s foldable phone market and leads with over ten million unit shipments. The HUAWEI Mate X7 features groundbreaking dual-fold technology, advanced reliability, and state-of-the-art mobile photography capabilities on par with top smartphones.

At the launch event, Huawei will also unveil the stylish and fashionable successor to its FreeClip product line—the HUAWEI FreeClip 2. These headphones boast significant improvements in sound quality, user comfort, and versatility, allowing for clearer and more comfortable listening throughout the day. Additionally, the HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN will showcase high-quality materials and a range of advanced features.

Another highlight at the event is the launch of the HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S, Huawei’s pinnacle achievement in tablet technology since 2014. This new generation model comes with an innovative PaperMatte screen designed for productivity enhancement in various settings.
