IT Home reported on November 19th that Huawei’s official team account @IntelligentWearables announced the release of HarmonyOS 6 Beta version for the WATCH FIT 4 series. The new update is now available to selected users and includes several improvements.
The latest version, 6.0.0.16SP3, was rolled out on November 18th to a select group of beta testers who had previously registered for the program. On November 19th, the update began rolling out in batches to all other eligible users.
The upgrade introduces new features such as personalized watch faces with various module combinations, support for dark and light themes, and quick settings changes. Users can now also perform screen-off payments via Alipay by tapping the device against a smartphone or another NFC-enabled payment terminal.
