The U.S. Department of State imposed a visa ban on some employees of Huawei.
In a written statement, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced that some Chinese technology companies that provide support to regimes that commit human rights violations at the global level impose visa restrictions and a ban on entry to the country.
He stated that the visa restriction and ban would apply to some Huawei employees who support “the Chinese Communist Party regime’s human rights violations”.
