Avatr to Collaborate More Closely with Huawei in 2026, Doubling Jointly Developed Models

On November 23rd, 2025, Avatr officially announced a deepened strategic cooperation with Huawei. According to the official statement, Avatr is the brand that has collaborated with Huawei for the longest time and at the deepest level in terms of breadth.

Avatr’s chairman Wang Hui introduced that by 2026, the number of models jointly developed by Avatr and Huawei will increase from one to four. Currently, Avatr has launched several models including the AVATR 06, 07, 11, 12, and 011, all equipped with the Hikun Intelligent Driving ADS system.

In April 2023, Avatr announced that they would upgrade their in-car systems to the original HarmonyOS operating system during the second half of 2023. Previously reported by IT Home, Avatr plans hardware image 2.0 upgrades and a comprehensive optimization of service delivery processes.

At the Guangzhou Auto Show in 2025, Avatr and Huawei jointly announced entering a new phase of strategic cooperation, upgrading their HI mode to HI PLUS co-creation model, covering various aspects such as user insights, product definition, and integrated marketing.
