Huawei will launch the P40 series worldwide in 2020.
Huawei remains strong despite the US ban, but Huawei has not made a serious statement. Perhaps the US ban can be lifted before the P40 is produced. The US ban is unlikely to be lifted, but there is no other possibility.

If the ban continues, the Huawei P40 may be sold under different names. Huawei P40 and P40 Pro can be produced as Huawei P30 2 and P30 Pro 2. If Huawei can produce P40 models without requiring a new Google license, new phones can be sold worldwide with the Google service.
