Huawei broke a record in signal transmission speed 220 GBaud

Huawei announced that it has reached a signal transmission rate of 220 GBaud. He made this statement at the 2020 European Optical Communication Conference (ECOC).
Until now, 95 GBaud was the fastest speed achieved in commercial projects. The fastest rate in academic research was known as 192 GBaud.
Huawei broke the record for all speeds ever, reaching a signal transmission speed of 220 GBaud.
What is baud?
Baud, used in remote communication (telecommunications) and electronics, is defined as a unit of measure showing how many symbol changes per second in a digitally modulated signal. The symbolic abbreviation of Baud, which gives the pulse rate of signal elements per second, is “Bd”.
