Download HiSuite 11 from the link below and install it on the computer. Plug in your smart phone to the computer with usb.
Choose File transfer or Photo transfer, turn on HDB.
HDB Activation.
First enter settings, search for the word HDB. Enter the “Allow HiSuite to use HDB” section. Allow connection requests while your phone is connecting. Open the HiSuite app on your phone, enter the 8-digit confirmation code you will see here, and press “Connect now”.
Now you can do whatever you want.

I have install Hisuite 11.0.0.530 in my laptop (win10 64 bit) , but a phrase appear (your system is too old) so I couldn’t transfer data ,photo and video between my phone(HUAWEI RIO-L01) .
Please Help me to solve this problem.
